This company is terrible at showing up, not only not on time but no showing up AT ALL. Called for a cab at 4:30 pm from the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. Dispatcher said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. No problem. An hour later, at 5:30 pm, still no taxi. Called dispatch to acquire where the driver was. Dispatch said he's on the way and it would be 10 to 15 minutes. In the meantime, another of their drivers delivered some blood to the hospital.
