My grandma is in this home, always well presented. Washed daily. Has her hair done regularly. Lots of activity’s offerd. Has gained weight since being their. Lovely staff and management
Farriess Court is a lovely residential home which is managed and led well, all the staff are polite, kind & respectful.
Cannot fault the services provided for the residents, all staff and management go above and beyond to provide top quality care. Staff take pride in everything they do, they treat all residents with dignity and respect nothing is too much trouble for them. The activities programme is amazing there is always something going on to keep the service users stimulated, anything from nails, drawing and even hair and makeup for the ladies. Lovely home well staffed and always friendly, approachable and professional. management always friendly and approachable also. The home is always clean well presented and welcoming. During covid times everyone has worked so hard to minimise cross infection and still been able to provide activities In a safe environment for the service users.
