The video by Mr. Farr is very informative and enables a more efficient initial meeting. From personal experience, I concur with his portrayal of the probate process. As a CPA who has had to file these documents, I concur with how challenging and time consuming this can be. Maintaining detailed records and balancing to the penny is a must when filing probate documents. Not to mention the probate fees. This is an avoidable expense. Working with Farr Law Firm, will help you keep the estate's money with it's heirs.

We highly recommend the Farr Law Firm for estate planning. Evan Farr’s law firm in Fairfax, VA, was recommended to my husband and I (by a friend) for establishment of wills and a trust. I highly recommend them. They assisted my mother-in-law with her will and power of attorneys and medical directives. They were very professional and very attentive to her needs and wishes. Great group of people.
