Was recommended by my insurance and I could see why. Issues with lack of movement in a shoulder and after the full course of appointments shoulder as good as new. Each week extra exercises were added to my program which combined with the physio led to complete recovery. Very pleased
I've had a couple running injuries over the last decade. Plantar fasciitis before the London Marathon and more recently back pain after exercise.
