I have been trying to switch for another clinic to this one for some time. Most peopple I talk too are varry helpful over the phone but boy did that change when I went in ,I had to sign some release witch is standard stuff but the lady who was going to do the intake was standing by the receptionist the whole time ,huffing and complaining about what was going on then tells the receptionist that I would have to reschedule bc 45 mins isn't enough time to start the process and "if I want medication then this is what I'm going to... read more
Most empathetic, caring place in Oswego county. If you're serious about getting sober they will help make it happen.
I liked that groups and the meditation it seemed to help when I was stressed some of the counselor's we're great but there are a few that I didn't like. The ladies at the front I didn't care for either..... But I also think that when your struggling not every answer from them should be go to rehab... They need to teach more coping skills for at home. But over all not that bad of a place.
