My son moved in two weeks ago and immediately got sick. I told him to go to the furnace and check the filter. See the picture below of how filthy the filter was and more importantly it wasn’t even in the furnace. Also pictures of the vents in his room. The filter was propped up against the wall and no filter was even in the furnace. He made a maintenance request but they were in no hurry to get a filter installed. They are busy he was told. I had lived here for two years. Great conditions, super nice management. Nothing to complain!
it’s a nice place, quiet but nice
We rented here for five years and had a good experience. Pet fees were reasonable. Great location by the walking trail!
