We just moved into the State College Collective Farmstead community this year and like it here.The community landscape is nice and the Office|Maintenance teams are helpful in ensuring any pressing issues related to the apartment and community are taken care of. CATA bus stop is just a hop away , to commute to State College.Overall have had a good experience so far..
My son moved in two weeks ago and immediately got sick. I told him to go to the furnace and check the filter. See the picture below of how filthy the filter was and more importantly it wasn’t even in the furnace. Also pictures of the vents in his room. The filter was propped up against the wall and no filter was even in the furnace. He made a maintenance request but they were in no hurry to get a filter installed. They are busy he was told. So he goes to buy one with his own money and can’t even get a filter in the track bec... read more
