This place has no respect for handicap people. They towed a families members car. They said they asked around but not the one handicap person that doesn t come out because he can t talk. Then they ticketed his car when someone was bring his groceries in. He pays a lot of money to live here and know one ever checks up on him. They allow middle aged people to live there and call younger handicap people names.
