My son brought in his bike 3 different times, for a mild wheel fix, and they would fix it, and the fix only lasted till the ride home. Its a mix of they dont know what their doing and they did the bare minimum. David, their main mechanic, even acknowledged he did it very minimumly when my son went in to go pick it up the second time and the wheel was still very broken. Called to see when I could get a bike in for some simple upgrades. I asked how busy their schedule was and he said, we're a bike shop, it's spring, what do you think? I have never been responded to with such a arrogant, snotty attitude in my life. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere

Cool shop with friendly service and an eclectic assortment of bikes.
Friendly, knowledgeable and had what I was looking for. Will definitely stop in when I am in the area. And they rent bikes too. May need to spend a day in Northfield.
