Called to see when I could get a bike in for some simple upgrades. I asked how busy their schedule was and he said, we're a bike shop, it's spring, what do you think? I have never been responded to with such a arrogant, snotty attitude in my life. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere
Cool shop with friendly service and an eclectic assortment of bikes.
Friendly, knowledgeable and had what I was looking for. Will definitely stop in when I am in the area. And they rent bikes too. May need to spend a day in Northfield.
Greg and the rest of the staff were helpful and accommodating in my search for a new bike. Highly recommend.
