I went to the transfer station where there was a beverage cooler that someone got rid of. I asked to take it and they said I was not allowed. I called a few people at the town hall in charge of the situation and even offered to pay for it. I got passed around to a few people and the final answer was no its going in the dumpster for scrap. Nice way to recycle and reuse. It seems as if everyone was just too lazy to deal with letting me take it, I was willing to pay the same fee the person who drooped it off paid.
