The physical therapists are great. They got me back going quickly. The one star is for the business office. I went there for 10 visits. Each time i went i was told no payment needed insurance covers it. Then today i recieved a bill from Thompson for 600.00. I called my insurance and they said no they should have been billing you ftom the get go and to expect another for the second half. So it went from owing nothing to owing 1200. Thankfully i am done with pt
