My 3 year CD finally Matured, got a notice in the mail, ok, had a family crisis so couldn't get back in time to pull it out, they rolled me into 0.25%, ok, no problem yet, pulled the money out for a home rebuild project 3 months later, umm, small print: 3% penalty of whole amount ! Basically I gave up the little gain I saved up for 3 years! normally cd penalty is a few months of the interest rate you have, not digging in and taking money you didnt earn. NEVER AGAIN FSB ! YOU LOST ME !!!
