The appointment system doesn’t work here. I had my MOT booked for 10am one week in advance, when showed up I was told there were running late and my turn will be in 2 cars. Then they took the 3rd car at 10:40am before me which had an appointment for 10:45am written on the board on the wall, so I had to wait until they finish it first before they did my car. Overall MOT here took 1h 40 mins. Absolutely disrespectful treatment of customers time. The MOT itself was done well though.
I've used farmers vehicle engineers for cars and vans for the past three years and they have consistently provided an honest, reliable service. The work is done to a perfect standard everytime and the pricing is always fair. They are also good, friendly people. I recommend them to friends regularly.
