My first account at Farmers State Bank of Oakley was closed by the bank during a system update they instituted around about 2008. I would have given the place a five star rating before then. When I came back to their facility, they'd changed a lot of things, some related to the design of the interior. That didn't bother me very much. I just regarded it as pretentious and unnecessary.
