Your ATM is NOT working properly! My father tried to withdrawal $400.00 from your ATM, it dispensed the money and then quickly sucked it back into the machine and gave him no receipt. It then showed up on his statement as a transaction and reflected negatively on his balance even though he received NO money! The employees were rude, unhelpful, I had to call almost 10 times to talk to someone. Everyone will give you a difference answer. This place is awful, they treat their employees awful as well. Run away
This bank has caused me more stress, anxiety, depression, and malice than any establishment i have ever been a part of. A man by the name of Dan LaRue was my loan agent for my house and he had purposely sabotaged my account during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. He had deliberately put me into a relief package without allowing me to sign any documentation for agreement to this plan and while doing so, this bank flagged me for 6 consecutive late payments affecting my personal credit score.
