I do not know what is going on with this bank. I have had great experiences with them before. I tried to get a land loan with them and they wanted to charge 12%+ interest with an adjustment rate that could go up to 15%+ in a couple of years. I cannot believe the usury that they are trying to conduct. This is totally unbelievable.
One of the last banks where you feel like a person and not a number. Truly local bank without an endless hierarchy and petty bureaucracy. I've been working with the loan officer Bret Swennes for around a decade, closed on multiple loans without a hiccup, always in a timely manner. Never even felt a different attitude from him after his multiple promotions throughout years. The rest of the staff is also always very helpful and friendly. If I could give this amazing bank 10 stars I would! ❤️
