I do not know what is going on with this bank. I have had great experiences with them before. I tried to get a land loan with them and they wanted to charge 12%+ interest with an adjustment rate that could go up to 15%+ in a couple of years. I cannot believe the usury that they are trying to conduct. This is totally unbelievable.
