This is how banks should be! My family has banked here since the mid sixties and I can not think of a problem we encountered. When you walk in this bank you are greeted, sometimes by more than one person, and made to fell like you are important to these people. Many times you are greeted with your name, they have a way of remembering their customers that amazes me. After 31/2 years depositing my landlords rent check Ray a very rude and kept giving me dirty looks because I had a big problem giving him my ss number. I will never go to that bank again and if Ray gives out my ss number to anyone I will file charges. Your bank teller needs a new job. The Calhan bank.
EXCELLENT small town bank. Everyone at the Kiowa branch is exceptional in both service and care. The fact that they are a small bank and yet deliver such high quality banking needs is outstanding. Would recommend them to anyone looking for personal or business banking needs before looking at big banks where these qualities no longer exist. We are very happy with Farmers State Bank all around.
