My Husband & I recently moved to Montana & were recommended Farmers State Bank to get a Mortgage Loan. It started off great, everyone was very friendly & helpful answering all our questions. Great experience becoming a new customer. I love this branch, everyone's very professional, timely, I had no problems using their restroom nor did my child . Never any wait time , cute small bank, much prefer this bank over big corporate banks like US bank. You're treated like a valued customer here, has a home like vibe, very clean .
This is the last straw. My wife andi have visited this location specifically only two times, and both times I personally was mistreated. This time being yelled at for going to use customers only restroom. Yelled at in front of every one like a child. Very embarrassing. Especially when I'm simply trying to use the restroom. I came in with my wife to make a 1400 dollar wire cash and I'm not a customer? Last I checked it was my money you were transferring! The bank doesn't do a bad job handling my money from what I've experienced but it has happened to me multiple times that I stop by 15 minutes before the drive thru is supposed to close to deposit a check and they are completely closed and no ones even there. Another problem i have encountered is their app is not user friendly and when I want to do a mobile deposit it says I don't even have an account but it'll let me see everything else about my account.
