Drove from Missoula to Lolo to get more of a HomeTown feel to apply for a Christmas loan. Filled out the paperwork there turned it in and never heard from anyone ever again.. very unprofessional
Horrible bank, my adult son sold a truck and was there to drop it off to new owner and receive a cashier check. I was there to give him a ride home. As he is cashing check teller called me to the window and said since I am in the building she will need my driver's license. I told her I am just giving a ride and nothing to do with transaction. The physical locations and the people who work there are amazing, friendly and so helpful. I have a very good repor with several on a first name basis. My only issue is with there online banking, more specifically there app. It's so frustrating. Witht that said. Fsb rocks
