Rude property manager I totally agree with Betty and pretty sure Jon is either related to Noreen or Noreen herself writing the review. Noreen is very rude and arrogant as she is related to the owner of the property. Don't bother The rental staff/office mgr. are great when you go there to look at a unit, but once you sign the lease it's a whole different story. My elderly friend moved in less than a week ago and she has had nothing but problems. No hot water, they didn't bother to paint the walls after the last tenant of 10 yrs moved out, the dishwasher and washing machine both flooded the floors the first time she used them, she couldn't get her key out of the lock when locking/unlocking, the low battery alarm on the fire alarm panel wa... read more
Awesome Staff If you are looking for a solid apartment that is run by competient staff I would recommend Briarwood. Not only has it been a great place to live but the staff is so helpful - Noreen is like part of our family. Thank you Briarwood!
