The staff doesn’t seem to care, and getting help is always a hassle because of their poor-quality customer service. Very disappointing experience overall.
Customer service is a negative. Went in to cash a check drawn off their bank. I am not a customer of this bank. I was told bank policy is to not cash checks or provide cash to non customers. Does your customer who wrote me this check know how you deal with people. And while this may be their policy, the manner in which they addressed me was beyond rude. I would never bank with this bank and will tell everyone I know how rude your employees are.
It’s a great place and the workers are very kind and helpful people thank you all.
