They are absolutely unprofessional they lie make up things about your account. They are uneducated. They spread rumors about you that aren’t true. I would not bank with them.

Beware of Bank Northwest's ATM machine. Bank Northwest is not willing to resolve problems or take responsibility for the ATM machine not dispensing money. They simply refer you to the ATM machine company.
Good, staff is nice and very friendly. For me I like going in the morning.
