The Stroh Indiana FSB branch doesn’t deposit checks mailed to them in a timely fashion. (it’s a P.O . Box across the street a block away) I was told today from that location representative “we don’t check our P.O. Box for weeks, we are understaffed” Give me a break! That’s terrible business practices! 30 days for checks to be deposited if mailed, wow … pony express timeframes. People rely on their neighborhood bank to uphold basic business standards… this cannot be the way. DO BETTER!
This is NOT an “open branch” but their “headquarters”/Operations Center now, since about 2020! You can’t do actual banking business here anymore, like cash checks or deposit money. The “working branch” in LaGrange is south of here, past the grocery store. It would be helpful if they worked together with Google to get this info transferred over to the new building’s information, like Hours of Operation!
