Absolutely horrible customer service. Hung up on me mid conversation. I called to ask about years past years bank account statements and activity and they and they refused to do so with out charging $5 dollars per statement because they are so incompetent's it takes them so long to look them up you have to pay them to do it. I can only imagine what other errors occur if the are so unintelligent and lazy they have to be paid extra to look up simple documents and email them which is standard aspects of the job as is.
