Awful customer service, overdraft fees are ridiculous and unforgiving. I recommend NOT doing business here.
I started banking here almost two months ago and just called with a question, as I've done in the past. The branch manager, *******, has always been responsive and gets things done immediately. My wife and I are very pleased.

I have an auto loan with Farmer's National Bank presently and I would not ever, under any circumstances, do repeat business with this bank. They assessed me a $150.00 prepayment penalty on the account for attempting to pay it off early. I have paid off every auto loan I've ever had with other banks, and none of them charged such a penalty. I called to try to have it waived and was redirected through numerous people over the course of a couple days.
