Great customer service! Shannon and her staff is always so kind!
On every visit to the Shreve branch of Farmers National, we are always greeted with warm smiles, pleasant attitudes and friendly service. Everyone knows us by name - almost like family! Shannan and her team are the best!
The ATM is always messing up. I put my debit card in one day and it shut down before I could even put my pin in. I went inside to get my card and the manager said she could not give my card back because it wasn't one of their cards. She knew the ATM malfunctions but denied it. She said she would have given it back but it could be from fraud... Like I stole my own debit card. I had ID and everything. She was so rude and ugly.
