We had very difficult experience, (which should have been a routine event) opening a checking account, at the Lisbon location. We initially felt comfortable, as it was the branch manager herself opening this account. IT issues originally impeded her ability to create our account, this wasn’t reassuring. The following morning, wife noticed the checks would show an incorrect address. Returning to this branch and manager, wife pointed out the incorrect address found on our receipt paperwork.
