I have banked with Farmers for over 20 years. I usually utilize the Columbiana branch but on this particular day, I stopped at this branch to open 2 additional accounts and have a document notarized. Mistake. The branch manager and other associate assisting me were rude, unfriendly and not helpful. Customer service was terrible. Branch manager point blank told me she would not notarize my document. I left without opening the 2 accounts. Will never visit this branch again. Apparently they did not want my business.
