This bank is a wonderful Bank Always friendly always helpful.
I had called about some what irregular loan issue. The lady I talked too was fine, but she wasn't able to help me, and told me the branch manager would call me back. A few days go by, no call. I sent the branch manager an email. Few days go by, no email. I send a follow up email, a few days later, and I get a bounce back message stating that email no longer exists (he blocked me). So, that was my customer services experience at this bank. I would expect a much higher level of conduct from a branch manager.
Service here is very good, didn't have any issues getting a new card. If you need a new card, come to this branch (or Wooster).
