I was a customer of this bank for 9 years, and my experience with a recent fraud claim was extremely disappointing. A scammer obtained my debit card information and made hundreds of dollars in unauthorized purchases. Despite what appeared to be suspicious activity, no fraud prevention measures were triggered, and the transactions continued.
