Wanted status update on a payment that is coming from their members account to my account, for rent. The lady, I believe her name was Karen, was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even share general bank information with me. I wasn’t asking for personal information just an update if the payment was posted and is pending so I can have an idea but nope.
