I've experienced two awful experiences with drive up... to the point where I don't care to go there again, and inspired a frustrating review. The locations of both banks are very convenient for me and banking local at small branches is important. Pierz has it's annoying traits but whoa drive through in Sauk Rapids. A couple months ago, I got to the drive up about 7:25 on my way to work. Very polite extremely patient, and all around just a great place to bank , do a great job with fraud protection and helping keep track of your spending when appropriate
