Banked with them for almost 15 years. Closing my account because of the single rudest interaction I have ever had, with a customer service employee, in my life. They couldn't get my very easy to spell 4 letter name right on my debit card, and the tellers like to negatively gossip and rumor(lie) about customers. Please listen to the reviews and go literally anywhere else. Im just glad they were no longer my primary bank.
All the tellers are very rude in Nashville at the farmers &merchants national bank . I can’t even get a debit card at there bank I thought anyone could get a debit card no matter what they did but I guess this bank can tell you weather you can have one or not like they are your parents and you are 2 years old next time someone in this rude bank is rude to me I’m going to be the same way back
For the love of God go across the street and just open an account with regions, constantly shuts off my card without giving me reason and then doesn't even ask for proof of identity over the phone to turn your card back on. So even if a thief had your card they could call to re activate it for you. Useless bank
I’ve had an account with this bank for over 2 years and been having issues where transactions won’t go through and cancel out with no warning and the bank being no help and I haven’t been able to access my account, use my debt card or pull money out of my account.For the past three days greatly inconveniencing me making it extremely difficult to get things I need.
