I nvr do this, but had to be sure i thanked you all for the kindness and patience, I was blessed with on Wed Dec 6th at 2pm. I sure nvr thought I'd leave a Bank feeling this way. Yall different!
If I could rate this bank zero stars I would. My card has been shut off countless times for no reason and the only way to get help is through a customer service number that hangs up on you every time you call. Worst service I’ve ever experienced ever.
My wife and I recently purchased a home in Marinette county, after getting left high and dry by our first lender that we were pre-approved with, Sarah Harding and the mortgage team came in and rushed to make the deadlines so we could keep our closing date. And she even beat our original interest rate saving us money!! We really can’t say enough good about this bank, they took our problems, made them theirs and really made the process simple for us.
