My Wife and I got a loan through cbi joy ,and it was a very pleasant experience, Karen made thing run smooth and Bryan,Heather,Melinda went above and beyond to get the papers signed and were very friendly to work with. Awesome group of people to work with at the Joy,Illinois location.
Karen, Bryan, and all the staff are amazing. They made our loan experience simple and we had a great time taking to them and getting to know them. Very family friendly. Best small town banking. We have used them for years and never had a bad experience.
