Refused to cash checks written from their bank by a local to business, to another local business without having an account. Terrible business practices. Would give 0 stars but the staff was nice so there's that. Update After Owner's Response: Many banks routinely cash business checks for non-customers after verifying identity and applying their own risk procedures. Highly recommend Farmers & Merchants Bank of Ashland. FMBA has been very responsive and truly takes care of their customers. I’ve used them for real estate loans as well as business banking, and the experience has been excellent. Their app is easy to use and efficient, and the staff is always helpful and quick to respond.
