Tldr: F&M Bank only allows transactions based on their “feelings” on how YOU should spend YOUR money. It seemed like a nice bank. The staff seemed pleasant and eager to please. Everything was fine. Right up to the moment I needed to transfer a substantial amount of money overseas to a childhood friend’s bank in New Zealand. As a tourist, I found myself in a 'code red' situation with an upset stomach. Most places would turn you away, but this bank literally saved my day by letting me use their restroom. If a bank is willing to trust a random stranger in their hour of need, you know they’re the best in town. Highly recommended!
