We visited FMB on 12/30/24. From the moment we walked into the bank, we were treated with courtesy and friendliness. We saw several people who needed assistance, and all of their concerns were addressed by helpful associates. We would like to give special recognition to Chloe Young, who handled our transactions with efficiency, knowledge, and courtesies, too. We feel valued as clients and important as customers. Tell was rude and was not going to cash a check that I was wrote out to me because I was not a customer but the check was drawn from their bank. Sounds like a bank i would never recommend to deal with. That is not the a business is run.
