Just called, the lady that answered was very short with me like I was bugging her, then without a word transferred me to another department which sent me to VM. Was calling to talk through refi option, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Worst service of any bank I've dealt with in 30 years. Actually, this bank functions like it hasn't been keeping up with the times in 20 years. ALL (online, phone, ATM, and in-branch) service is the worst. I've had 2 accounts at this bank for 4 years only because it's the only bank in my area that has large deposit boxes available. This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh.
