This branch has been great. I was with chase for 10+ years with my personal and business accounts. It is a totally different experience. Every time I call, I get a human and most of them know me by name and my kids. When I was using Chase and Wells I could never really get any help unless i went in person and my bankers were changing every 9-12 months and Id have to start fresh. I had pleasant interactions during my first couple of visits to this branch, and during phone calls made to the branch. I went in to inquire about a feature on my account that I was told about by 3 different representatives. Everyone said oh yeah, you have overdraft protection you can go straight to the atm and pull out cash if you ever need it in a pinch. Well, I was in a pinch and this was my last resort.
