I just wanted to share that the customer service provided by Alfonso and Raul at the Geer Road branch is exceptional each and every time. Keep up the good work.
I LOVE this bank. I have used other banks in the past. 3 of the top well known banks to be exact. I had issues with all 3. I have never had a problem with F&M. The staff is friendly, helpful and they get to know you and your needs. They always have a smile and hello to all of their patrons. I wish that they had an office in Atwater BUT then again it wouldn't have the same people. If you're unhappy with your bank, go to F & M

I had to get copies of archive bank stmts and the banker was marvelous. She was pleasant and printed all I needed. They were short handed but still gave us great service!!!
Very friendly tellers. Great bank to put your money in. Even the ATM is special as they send out lollypops for the kids with your receipt.
