I didn’t care for the customer service from representative Eesha Shaid from the Owings Mills location. Lack of explanation was not appreciated. Reisterstown location was definitely top tier.
If employees aren’t staying until 5pm, which the business hours state, how can someone open up an account?
Wasn't there for banking. My friend had a car accident on the street in front of the building and they had their dog in the car with them. The bank manager came out and was very nice and helpful. Let the dog come inside. --my point is there are decent human beings who work here. I can only imagine what their customer service is like with their actual bank products.
