I have been very happy with the service I receive from the San Clemente branch. Everyone greets me with a smile when I come in. Dana has always been kind and courteous to me. She has a professional demeanor and does her job with confidence.
I had a really bad experience with one of the tellers. I went in to cash a check a real estate paid out to me and my old roommate, as it was with the bank. My friend and I approached the teller by informing her of what the service agent had told us over the phone about being able to cash the check. By this point the teller appeared very annoyed and bothered.
