Worst branch employees ever! Especially management! Not dealing with their staff anymore! Managers mistreated my mom & made her close her accounts! I remember specifically Cherry & some other manager guy!
Marcia Evans was great but since she left and that other manager arash or stash came in the branch it has been falling down and sherry does not seem to be helping at all!! Just staring at her screen the whole time. That’s exactly why I closed my accounts. I definitely do not recommend those folks.
Great service relationship manager super nice and helpful gave me brochures on buisness accounts and credit cards they also have Commerical lending for things like hotel and self storage really good, highly recommend this bank for buisness or RE investors alike.

This banks staff will treat you better if you are middle eastern, bc the majority if people in management there are MIddle eastern. I've seen them go out of their way and give bad service to non middle eastern people there to the point where I stopped banking there and closed my account. Also they should be shredding info but don't. Overheard a woman employee joke about this while I was banking there. Appalled.
