I only wanna give one star, but I’m giving three stars because the gentlemen that helped me previously provided outstanding service. The most recent visit, however, needs some attention. The branch manager was awesome, but I feel that there’s an opportunity for the teller to do her job properly. She could’ve handled the situation a lot more differently.
