Janelle stated it shouldn't be a problem cashing the $30 check made out to me person that just left and he is outside. She made a COPY of my IDENTIFICATION CARD AND ASKED FOR MY SS# FOR A $30 CHECK MADE OUT TO ME by person that let it known to them mistake he had made. He was outside coming in by time transaction was done. This place seems to have issues with identity issues or black people ETC. I WONT EVER RETURN UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!! For $30 I was treated like ______!!
Great bank and customer service! They are at the cutting edge, keeping up with all the latest banking services. Highly recommend.
Do not bank here. They don’t let you get a debit card, Justine, the COO says you have to “earn” your card. We are not in kindergarten.
