Nonstop issues with our debit cards through "Shazam", keep getting locked out. That's not the banks fault per se. Also, the closing for our recent mortgage took right up to the 45th day from the date we went into contract, almost had to extend it. I do like the employees, always friendly and helpful.
The manager for the ladies in the front very rude. Now I see why they got all new people in there.
I wouldn’t call this place good with customer service since the employees have an attitude with their customers all the time and make comments to each other such as “oh great here comes another customer” with an attitude or sarcasm. If it is so hard to be nice to your customers or speak nicely around them then you shouldn’t work in customer service.
