I went into the Miamisburg branch to cash a check instead of driving through like I normally would. The teller was young and looked like she had just crawled out of bed and didn't even bother to brush her hair. This was offputting to begin with since everyone in a bank is customarily VERY put together and professional looking. I was cashing a check for $1,230.00 and told her that I would like five 50's and the rest 20's. Friendly and professional staff and the best customer service of any bank I have ever used!
Horrible customer service. Bank manager talked to me like I was a moron. He was rude and I will be filing a complaint against him formally today
