The staff was nice and helpful,they were not pushy like some place you go into, they let me take my time to choose what I wanted and help me with my suggestion. The men who delivered my purchases also were kind and helpful.
They apparently don't keep good records of their clients, and pay to stalk the wrong people instead. They have called me once a week for the last two weeks for a late payment I do not owe. The name is the same, but the middle initial is different. Easy confusion. However, this whole interaction started with "This may seem weird, but I'm looking for....", which is not professional at all. Confirmed it wasn't me, and that the middle initial is wrong. This location has called me, my wife, and mother-in-law multiple times about an unpaid balance. We do not live near the area. We have never purchased furniture here. We will NEVER purchase from here and will advise others to avoid this store, and the others under its umbrella, as much as possible. Very unprofessional.
They were very friendly, with fast service, they also answered any questions that I may have.
Very nice people no problems way better than shelbyville store
