I got a frigid from them it had a leak when I got it they sent someone he said I don't see anything. they wouldn't do anything / send someone else to look/ now it leaks like mad I have to empty a large bowl every day it sucks!!!!! is only 5 yrs old now. and I need another.
Today was my first time in the store since they've opened.. I didn't have to search for a sales representative, Ed greeted me as I entered. He was very professional as well as personable, asked me what I was searching for. I gave him the price range, the material preference, size, and color.. Shortly after, I was standing in front of my new sofa and tables. This store has a variety of items, I even had my eye on my next purchase. I think I've found my new playground. Ms. Gray
We purchased furniture for our child's room from Farmer's Furniture in Cartersville. We had three separate safety issues with the bed bought. Beware that they do not stand behind the quality of the products they sell and customer service is the poorest I have encountered. The builders who come to your home are also unprofessional (asked me point blank how much we paid each month for our mortgage).
The manager is Great but a couple of the others are not. They act like you should never ask them a question.
Ordered a chair in Dec. Received it in March. All kinds of excuses. Sent to wrong store had to be rebuilt. Chair lasted 2 days short of 1 year. Made with fiber board. They say it was received a month before we got it. Will not honor warranty. Will not shop there any more, hope this is of some warning to someone else thinking of buying from them.
I just recently shopped there and the experience was great!! From the sales people to the office staff they made buying experience wonderful!!! The delivery guy was so professional.
It was easy to find. The sales person helped me pick out a nice micro fiber sofa that reclines and they even financed for me in house. It took about 5 days to get my furniture delivered Overall very good experience
Please do not buy anything at farmers furniture. They lie and say whatever to make the sale and once you sign everything changes.the Hartwell ga. Store is where I shop and the new manager is dishonest and lies. We will never shop there again. Paid for a warranty just to be told it want put in the computer correctly...
If I could give less than 1 star I would.they aren't honest and the furniture is cheap quality at a high price.
