I want to take a minute and give a shout out to the ware house. I believe they do not get enough praise or recognition for all the hard work that they do. They get up , dress up and show up every day to work and even though 80 precent of the time they are not communicated well with what is going on with their deliveries and their work they still act and perform like professionals Everytime. Poor Customer Service! Did application and had to call them to get results! Waste of time. Will advice against them to any friends! Will Not Recommend. They think their Shit is Gold, when its not worth the price they ask!Ā
I love Farmer's Home Furniture. Purchased a recliner and a washer. The sales staff and manager are great!!!! If you are looking for furniture or appliances stop by and see Sandy, she is fantastic!!!!!!!Ā
The receptionist has a very nasty attitude. The management is wonderful. I love the furniture the prices are great but the receptionist needs to be fired. If you look up the meaning of the word ignorant you would see her picture. I will never shop there again. She is very low class and very unprofessional.Ā
Loved them, so wonderful. My sectional is beautiful and was well priced! Friendly staff that's not too pushy.Ā
I believe the best thing about this store is the employees! The managers, Theodore and Jessica are by far the best. They answered every question I had. A few pieces of our furniture were uneven and Theodore came and fixed all of our problems! The best part is the customer service!!! We love the furniture too!Ā
We purchased a couple of items but delivery of said items was scheduled for a week later and then only a date was given. Apparently someone needs to be at home all day to receive shipment. I tried to call the store at least nine times to get a better delivery time but there was no answer. Next time we'll deal with a business that knows how to answer a telephone.Ā
