The sales guy was very nice! The delivery communication was terrible. I finally told them to keep my order and had to pay a RESTOCKING FEE! I was not pleased at all! I spent over $700!! So, to update my review, the young guy who sold the mattress to me, personally delivered it. He was very nice and professional!

While the furniture itself is good, the one-star rating is directed at the lack of communication from the delivery service. I was scheduled for two deliveries: Thursday and Saturday. I was told I would receive a call the day before the delivery for an approximate time (morning, afternoon, etc...). I received no call on Wednesday, so I had to postpone all errands and wait for the delivery. My second delivery is scheduled for today. I received no call yesterday for an approximate delivery time. So again, I am having to postpon... read more
