If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!! The store manager at my local office is amazing and had helped us so much but the finance "manager" was HORRIBLE. We got behind on our payments because my husband had knee surgery then we were quarantined with COVID for almost a month. The store manager worked with us yet the finance manager was RUDE as could be. We paid it off in February and then In March received a court summons saying it wasn't paid.
